The Operation

The procedure is performed on an outpatient or short-stay basis under general anesthesia / twilight sedation. The circumcision access is used to insert the Phallograft®. If a patient is not yet circumcised, we must perform a circumcision in the same operation, as this is a prerequisite for penis enlargement with Phallograft®. The Phallograft® matrix is placed precisely around the shaft to maximize the girth and stabilize the penile length.

The fantastic thing about the Phallograft® method: Not only is the penis thickness improved, but the length is also stabilized and gains a firmer feel (sensation) through the bio implant.

The Aftercare

Phallograft® is a state-of-the-art, surgical method for permanent enlargement of the girth. In this process, a biological, acellular tissue matrix is inserted under the penile skin, which is elastic and completely fuses with your own tissue.

How much increase in girth is possible with Phallograft®?

On average, a girth increase of approximately 1.5 to 2 cm can be achieved. The exact results depend on individual anatomy. Due to the stability of the material, the penile length is stabilized, and the Phallograft® operation can have a supporting effect on the non-erect length.

Is the Phallograft® operation painful?
The procedure is performed under general anesthesia or twilight sedation, so you feel no or hardly any pain.

Do visible scars remain after the penis enlargement?
The incision is made extremely discreetly and anatomically adapted. After complete healing, the fine scars are hardly visible anymore and do not stand out in everyday life. With the Phallograft® method, the access is made via a small incision, which is placed as in the context of a circumcision. Through this access at the front of the penis, the collagen implant can be inserted wrinkle-free around the erectile tissue up to the penile root. Finally, the circumcision (if not yet performed) can be carried out very well in one step, which represents the third advantage of the operation.
